Our Client is a MNC and the largest Job Portal company in the world. Reporting to the Sales Manager the incumbent will be responsible for acquisition new business and sales management for the assigned territory / accounts. The job involves planning and execution of sales plans. Key Responsibilities The Account Manager/Major Account Manager/Key Account Manager (Acquisition) will be responsible for: • Selling Client's recruitment solutions to Placement agencies and consulting firms. • Identify & analyze the clients requirements, thoroughly mapping the accounts • Propose apt solutions based on client requirement for talent acquisition. • Interaction with senior management in the client organizations & present Client's products & services. • Develop and derive higher values from clients. • Manage complex sales situations & manage existing clients based on "value based selling". • Manage collections and accounts receivables.

Job Specifications: Must be a graduate · Should have 2-6 years of corporate field sales experience with hands on experience of entire sales cycle · Excellent written and oral communication and English skills Zeal for making a career in sales Internet savvy and basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
